Terms and Conditions

How does it work
This activation will be promoted on the following URL address: https://purge.chelji.com (the "Website").
We are holding a filmed fan event in London, England on Wednesday 31st August 2022 at 5pm BST with our artist professionally known as Chelji (the “Event”).
Fans wishing to attend the Event should register their interest to do so via the Website.
The window for fans to submit their name and contact details commences 3pm BST, 24th August 2022 and ends at Midday BST on 31st August 2022 (the “Term”).

Attending the Event
Fans will be notified of the venue for the Event 48 hours ahead of the Event. Fans attending the Event will be responsible for their own costs and expenses in attending and travelling to and from the Event.
The Event will include a commercial audio-visual recording and photographing of Chelji at the venue.
Your presence at the Event will constitute your express consent to the filming and recording and photographing of your likeness for use by Chelji and Parlophone Records Limited. Such consent shall extend to the use of any such material for any and all purposes in all media now known or yet to be discovered for the full periods of copyright and thereafter insofar as possible in perpetuity and you irrevocably assign to Parlophone Records Limited any rights or interest, moral or otherwise, you may have in the same.

You agree that:
1. You are at least 18 years old and have also read and consented to these Ts&Cs.
2. You will provide your name, email address and country of residence if asked.
3. All rights granted by entrants are free from all encumbrances charges and liens and we (and our licensees and assignees) shall have the right to edit and exploit any and all versions edits and derivatives of audio-visual and visual assets captured at the Event throughout the world (or not, as we see fit) and to authorise others to do so without further reference or payment to you. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
4. You will reimburse us for all damages arising from or in relation to a breach of these terms to the extent such damages are caused by you.
5. By entering this activation you agree that we, our affiliates, service providers and/or agents may process the personal information submitted by you as part of the submission process (including contact details) and otherwise in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.wminewmedia.com/privacy
6. If something outside our control prevents or significantly hinders our ability to proceed with the Event in the manner described in these Ts&Cs (including so-called forces majeure), we may cancel the Event and start it at another time on the same conditions.
7. We reserve the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the submission process and/or take any other action against that person that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Event.
8. The Event and these terms and conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.

In these terms “us“ means Warner Music UK Limited, Chelji’s record label.
